These terms cover your company's use of bayanSheet. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your company.
bayanSheet reads values from a bayan customs declaration PDF in your browser and appends them as a row to a Google Sheet that you own and choose.
bayanSheet writes only where your column mapping tells it to write. Setting that mapping correctly, and checking the review screen before filing, is your responsibility. We do not verify a declaration against any customs authority, and we are not a customs adviser.
Each company registers once and is reviewed before access is granted.
You are responsible for who you invite into your company account, for what they do with it, and for keeping sign-in credentials secure.
A new company gets a free trial of 7 days, which starts when the account is approved. When it ends, filing stops until a subscription is arranged; nothing already in your spreadsheet is affected.
Billing is manual. We invoice your company and you pay by the method agreed with us. There is no automated card charge and no card on file.
Prices, invoicing and any refund are agreed in writing with your company.
The spreadsheet is yours. It lives in your Google account, we never take ownership of it, and the rows written on your instruction belong to you.
You are responsible for being entitled to process the declaration data you put through the service.
What we collect and how we handle it is set out in the Privacy policy.
If your company connects QuickBooks Online, the person who connects it confirms that they are an owner of your company in bayanSheet and an administrator of that QuickBooks company, entitled to let bayanSheet read it. bayanSheet uses the connection only to read, as the Privacy policy sets out, and you can end it at any time from Settings or from QuickBooks.
Invoices imported from QuickBooks are matched to your rows and written into your sheet like the ones you upload, and only as far as your settings allow; anything uncertain waits for a person. The values come from your QuickBooks, so keeping them right there — including the bayan number your staff type into it — is your responsibility, as checking the review screen is. QuickBooks is Intuit's service, provided under Intuit's own terms: we do not control its availability, or the changes Intuit makes to it.
While using bayanSheet, your company agrees to the following.
bayanSheet is provided as-is. At this stage it carries no uptime guarantee, no service-level commitment and no promised maintenance windows. It also depends on Google's APIs, which can be unavailable or can rate-limit your spreadsheet for reasons outside our control.
We may change or withdraw features. If we ever stop serving your company we will tell you first, and your spreadsheet remains yours and fully usable without bayanSheet.
bayanSheet is a data-entry aid. You remain responsible for the accuracy of every declaration you file and every row that reaches your spreadsheet.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or fines and penalties arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your company paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
You can stop using the service at any time, and ask us at iyasseralsaidi@gmail.com to have your account deleted. We do that by hand, not from Settings.
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or is not paid up. A suspension never touches your spreadsheet.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Oman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
